Industrial logistics

Logistics can be defined as the control of the management of goods flows and information flows that a company receives, transfers and sends. Logistics ensure the interface between the main partners of the company, who are the suppliers upstream, the customers downstream and control the internal flows in the company.

Several models of logistics can be defined: logistics of production (industrial companies), consumer logistics (supply companies) and subcontracting logistics (services for firms).
